Our Commitment to Privacy:

On our website, we do not require any accounts or logins but you can create one to leave comments on product or blog pages.  All purchases made through our website are processed by PayPal or by Wix credit card processing, so we will never see your credit card number.  If you don't like to use either of these options, please contact us and we can send you a Square invoice to pay from or we can process your credit card over the phone. You can also order by mail (in the USA only) by enclosing a personal check with your order.

After you have made a purchase, we do collect your name, address, and email in order to send you the items and an electronic receipt and/or shipping notice. We never share this information with anyone and we do not sell any personal information. We do not retain credit card numbers except for a few dealer accounts.  Our internal database retains only your name, country, and what items you purchased.  We use this information in order to process any refunds or answer questions about your purchase.  It also helps us with our inventory tracking, bookkeeping, and supply chain.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive.  At this time, we do not compile email lists from our customers or send out promotional emails (no time for that!)  Our news is typically posted to our facebook account, so please follow us on facebook to see the latest products or promotions. www.facebook.com/ultrapureoils

We collect information about what pages visitors entered and left on, and what files they downloaded in order to keep track of our web stats through Google Analytics.  None of these stats is personally identifiable beyond what state or country you came from.  We do not track user ID data or IP addresses.

We do not post ads on our website or subscribe to Google Adsense.
